VYLEN® material It is a semi-solid lightweight plastic material with excellent physical-chemical and thermal insulation properties. Properties of VYLEN® material: It has a fine, yet dense structure that is very pleasant to the touch. The reticulation of VYLEN guarantees its durability and thus a long service life. It is flexible and firm at the same time: it perfectly cushions any uneven surface. It works great by grinding, chopping or cutting. After heating, it is easily formed into the desired shapes. It does not absorb water - you can easily wash it with ordinary cleaning agents. We guarantee its excellent chemical resistance. (It resists the action of oils, water, salt solutions, bases and acids, if they do not have oxidizing effects; it is less resistant to aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, such as toluene, trichlorethylene, etc.) VYLEN® is harmless to health! (The material was tested on samples of drinking water, water with CO2, juice, milk, hard cheese, chocolate, butter and ham. Sensory testing did not reveal any influence on the sensory properties of these edibles by the tested material sample.) Unlike other foam materials, VYLEN® boards have a very fine structure, high strength and non-absorption.
