Legislative Insights: Defining Sludge for Compliance and Sustainability

We are currently working with HOFITECH to assess the legislative aspects of their wastewater treatment technology. Our consultant, Denis Bede, conducted a *legal analysis, indicating a strong possibility that the sludge from their electrocoagulation process for wastewater from water-based paint production and metallic tresor manufacturing could be classified as a byproduct. Although we haven't submitted the byproduct application yet, the assessment suggests it might be approved. Additionally, we are helping the client obtain operational permits, as their facility has only been in the research and development phase so far.
